Sri Devi Green Farms and  Sri Devi Teak Garden Projects were started in 1992 at Sunguvarchatram near Sriperumbudur.This farm land of 150 acres had been developed with plantations like Teak, Mango, Coconut, Sapota and Guava. They are still being maintained.
